Eoin Fitzgerald

With over 15 years of experience in international K–12 education, Eoin brings a wealth of global experience and a deep commitment to holistic student development. Originally from Ireland, he has worked across Asia and the Middle East, building inclusive school communities that celebrate learning, well-being, and personal growth. His approach to education is grounded in the belief that every student should be challenged, supported, and inspired to discover their passions both inside and beyond the classroom.

Before his role in Doha, Eoin held leadership positions as Athletic & Activities Director, Assistant Principal, and Dean of Students, where he championed student well-being and holistic education. His leadership was instrumental in designing programs that bridged academics, athletics, and character development, cultivating inclusive and high-performing school cultures.

Alongside his educational leadership, Eoin has an extensive background in sport, both as a player and coach. He has coached teams from youth to adult levels across three countries, including university squads and elite talent development programs, fostering teamwork, discipline, and excellence at every stage. His diverse coaching experience—spanning school, club, and high performance environments—has given him a deep appreciation for how sport can build character, resilience, and community.

Eoin holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Dundee and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Health, Fitness & Leisure. Passionate about nurturing potential both inside and outside the classroom, he is dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire students to thrive as confident, compassionate, and capable individuals.
